Appointment preparationHair MUST be taken down, free of rubber bands and other separators, detangled, and ready for the shampoo bowl unless you booked a takedown or detangling service. Failure to arrive prepared may result in cancellation if another scheduled guest prevents us from adding the necessary service. 2. Drop-off and guest policyOnly clients receiving services may remain inside the building. Parents or guardians may come in to check on a guest up to two times during the appointment. A noncompliance fee may be assessed for insisting on remaining in the building. 3. Cancellation policyNo cancellation fee applies at least 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the appointment, but not on the same day, incur a charge of 50% of the service price. Same-day cancellations incur a charge of 100% of the service price. 4. Health and behavior policiesA hazard fee may be assessed if a child arrives with a runny nose, fever, or illness. Please contact us before arriving if your child is ill. A separate “Not Ready” fee may be assessed if a child becomes violent or unmanageable during the appointment. 5. Forms, waivers, and hoursSocial media/photo release, drop-off, and legal policies will be presented in GlossGenius. Please read carefully before signing. Hours: Tuesday–Friday 10 AM–9 PM; Saturday 8 AM–5 PM; Sunday and Monday by appointment only.
